My passion for traveling began at a young age, when I frequently went for Sunday drives with my dad, exploring the countryside and trying to find the most interesting, out-of-the-way locations. Growing up in Southern Alabama, this took some creativity and determination, but the sheer joy of freedom and adventure wasn’t in where we ended up but how we got there.  I still clearly remember being stuck in the middle of the woods with a flat tire on a dirt road and no cell phone.  What a day that was!

It was not until I took my first international trip at the age of 15 that I realized I would love to spend the rest of my life exploring the world. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to do a lot of that as soon as I graduated with a degree in education.  I spent two summers in Nicaragua, which only made me want to stay overseas longer, so I accepted a job in Korea, where I lived for two years.  I was able to combine my passion for helping students realize their educational goals with my love of travel.  I spent my vacation time visiting as many Asian countries as I could squeeze into a school year.

After meeting my wonderful husband and moving to California, I realized that although I didn’t have the opportunity to travel quite as much, I could still fuse two of my passions into one…helping others realize their own dreams of travel.   I’ve helped grandparents venture overseas to meet their grand baby for the first time, a doctor reach patients in Cambodia, families tour Europe and South America, others with adventures of self-discovery in Machu Picchu and the Middle East, and many more.

Honeymoons, destination weddings, and romantic getaways are a particularly special interest of mine.  It is such a privilege to work with couples during one of the most joyful times in their lives, whether it’s in the excitement of their destination wedding or honeymoon, the celebration of a milestone anniversary, or the need to get away and reconnect.

I love helping my clients by taking the stress and guesswork out of planning an important trip, so they can focus on a relaxing travel experience.  Traveling is always a memorable occasion with a valuable purpose that deserves the utmost attention.  There are so many wonderful reasons to “let yourself go,” and I look forward to helping you with your next adventure.
